As Gamma Phi's not only do we love our sisterhood, but the community we are a part of. By focusing on individual worth, our members experience personal development in areas of self-empowerment, self-esteem, honesty, and integrity. Our sisters are always there for one another, whether it's a quick trip to Ampersand or a shoulder to lean on. With the love in our sorority, there is a constant environment where everyone is cherished and valued.

At the core of Gamma Phi's values is our philanthropic mission, Building Strong Girls. Whether it is in the classroom, hanging with friends, or strolling on Trinity trails, we are constantly working to build each other's confidence and resilience. With labor being one of our core values, we are cultivating a better tomorrow for young girls across the globe.

Our sorority is committed to lifelong learning, and we encourage our members to take advantage of every opportunity, whether it be in the classroom or in an off-campus activity. We promote intellectual growth and uphold high academic standards through our minimum GPA requirements and scholarship program. Numerous scholarships are available to encourage our members to achieve their academic potential.
